Kristen Watt, OD

Dr. Watt is from the mountain town of Flagstaff, Arizona where she graduated with honors from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree summa cum laude from the University of Houston College of Optometry.

Dr. Watt has provided comprehensive eye care at Clear since 2019 and enjoys caring for patients with a wide range of vision and medical eye conditions. She is a board-certified Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist with particular interests in dry eye disease and myopia management. Through myopia management, she helps children and their families explore treatment options designed to slow the progression of nearsightedness and protect long-term eye health. In addition to her training in the medical management of ocular disease, she also completed an internship specializing in medically-necessary contact lenses for challenging cases including keratoconus, corneal transplants, corneal irregularities, and refractive surgery complications.

When not in the office taking care of patients, Dr. Watt enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. A lifelong equestrian, she also enjoys riding and competing with her horses.
